Coach departs Roma Street Brisbane for the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, visiting Montville and then on to The Ginger Factory, for a guided tour and lunch. We finish our day travelling through Gympie, arriving at the Fraser Coast region for a 3 night stay at the quality Carriers Arms Hotel, Maryborough.
Day 2 - Saturday (B,L)A late start this morning where we head for the Hervey Bay Boat Club for an early lunch, before joining Whalesong Cruises to experience the Humpback Whales during their migration. Enjoy the playful antics of the whales as they frolic in the clear blue oceans of the Fraser Coast. On our return we join the festivities of the Whale Festival bursting with live music, stalls and an illuminated Sea Creatures Street Parade. Dinner overlooking the Bay followed by the festival fireworks.
Day 3 - SundayThis morning we board the Mary Valley Rattler and wind our way through the scenic Mary Valley, crossing and then wandering away from The Mary River before the train arrives at historic Kandanga Station. We then continue on to Dingo Creek Vineyard for BBQ Lunch and formal wine tasting. Dinner tonight is our farewell FINALE! Join Manuel the comic waiter before enjoying the very different 'Buck Outback Show'!
Day 4 - Monday (B,L)This morning we join 'Mary Heritage' dressed in fabulous period costume for a Maryborough Historic City Sights tour, a great way to finish touring this magical region. We board the Tilt Train for our return journey to Roma St, Brisbane.
