Day 1 - Fri 23 Dec 2011 (AT, D)
Depart your home port arriving into Sydney airport where we start our Christmas holiday heading up into the beautiful Blue Mountains. Enjoy afternoon tea at the Carrington Hotel, a graceful and elegant Hotel and our home away from home for 4 nights.
Day 2 - Sat 24 Dec 2011 (B,L,D)
After breakfast we visit the spectacular Echo Point Look-out, a great photo opportunity. We then move on to Scenic World, an attraction that sits on the edge of the escarpment overlooking the Jamison Valley and offers a range of experiences that can be found nowhere else in the world. These include the world’s steepest railway, a spectacular cableway, a glass-floored skyway and a boardwalk through an ancient rainforest. All four rides are included in our visit today, along with a lovely lunch in the Skyway Restaurant offering magnificent views over the Jamison Valley and the Three Sisters.
Day 3 - Sun 25 Dec 2011 (B,L,D)
Merry Christmas! This morning take time to relax before we enjoy a fabulous Christmas Day buffet lunch consisting of a wonderful selection of Traditional and Seafood fare. This afternoon depart for a scenic drive through Blackheath, Mt Victoria, Bell and Hartley. Return to the Carrington Hotel for a light dinner.
Day 4 - Mon 26 Dec 2011 (B,L,D)
Travel to Bathurst for a fascinating guided tour including the Mt Panorama circuit. We visit the blue stone gothic mansion, Abercrombie House for tour and lunch, before returning to Carrington Hotel.
Day 5 - Tue 27 Dec 2011 (B,L)
Bid our hosts in the Blue Mountains farewell and travel down into Sydney to join our vessel for a cruise on the magnificent Sydney Harbour. Unwind, relax and enjoy the splendour of one of the best harbours in the world whilst enjoying a sumptuous buffet lunch. Transfers to Sydney airport for your flight home
